Cancellation and Refund

If you wish to cancel your booking and request a refund, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our customer support team at least 24 hours before your scheduled transfer.
  2. Provide your booking details and reason for cancellation.
  3. Our team will review your request and process the refund accordingly.
  4. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
