Cancellation and Refund
If you wish to cancel your booking and request a refund, please follow
the steps below:

scheduled transfer.
- Provide your booking details and reason for cancellation.

Our team will review your request and process the refund accordingly.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited back
to your original payment method.
Exceptions
Please note that certain conditions may apply to the refund policy:

No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours
before the scheduled transfer.
- No refund will be provided for no-shows or missed transfers.
